Do you have reception opening hours?
Yes, our reception is open from 8:00 to 21:00.
If you will check in after 21:00 or check out before 8:00, please notify us in advance so we can tell you about the procedures.

Am I able to reserve bottom (top) bed in a dorm room for my reservation?
We have many guests who are staying long term, and some guests who extend their stay.
So we can not guarantee the bed preference, but we will accommodate your request if possible.
Do you provide breakfast?
Yes. Free toast is available for guests every day from 8am to 11am in the lounge. And there is a guest kitchen with cooking tools and utensils, so you can cook for yourself. We also have FREE tea, coffee, and Japanese green tea for guests.
Is it possible to add an extra bed in a private room ?
No, sorry. We don’t accept requests for adding an extra bed in the room because of the lack of space.
About room cleaning for private rooms.
We provide house keeping service for guests who stay over 5 nights. We will come into your room between 11am to 2pm, so please clear your belongings away from the bed.
Do you offer currency exchange service?
No, we do not have a currency exchange service.
There is currency exchange available in JR Hakata station between 8AM to 9PM.
Do you have any age restrictions?
Yes, we do not accept groups of guests who are all under 18 years old.

Can you receive a parcel for me?
We can receive guests’ parcels while the front desk is open, but please read the following rules.
* Please pay the shipping fee in advance. We do not accept parcels with pending payment.
* Please specify the delivery date as your check-in date. We only accept parcels of guests staying with us at the time of delivery.
* Please pick up your parcel at the front desk between 8:00 – 21:00.
* Please put the name of your reservation with us (booking number) and your arrival date on the parcel.
* We do not accept responsibility for damage that occurs during transit or after delivery.
Is there a convenience store nearby?
Yes, there is one across the street and visible from the hostel, about 2 minutes away by foot.
Is it possible to smoke in the hostel?
No, the inside of the building is entirely non-smoking. Please smoke at smoking area outside.
Guests who smoke on the premises outside of the designated area will be charged a ￥20,000 fine and kicked out immediately, with no refund of accommodation fees.
Do you keep my luggage before the check-in time?
Guests are allowed to keep their luggage with us on their check-in and check-out dates, during the front desk opening hours 8:00 – 21:00.
Check-out time is 11 AM; you must remove your belongings from the room so we can clean.
If you check in before your room is ready, you can keep your bags with us and we will put them in your room after cleaning if possible.
Do you have wireless internet access?
Yes, you can access Wi-Fi with your laptop or cell phone everywhere in the hostel for FREE.
We also have a laptop available for guests’ use in the common area.
Do you accommodate big groups?
Yes, but please make an inquiry first from our reservation query form. A different cancellation policy applies for group bookings of 8 or more people.
Can I leave my luggages after check out ?
Yes, please bring them to the front desk when you check out before 11 AM.
You may keep your bags with us for free until the front desk closes at 9 PM, same-day storage only.
If you have another reservation with us, you can ask us about overnight storage.
Do you accept credit card?
Yes, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Card payment for accommodation fees totaling less than 5,000 yen incurs a 5% commission fee.

NO, but the front desk will be closed and front door locked at 21:00.
After 21:00, guests can use a password to access the building.
Do you provide towels?
One towel per bed is included in the private room price.
Guests staying in the dormitories, or who wish to exchange or add towels must pay 50 yen for each rental bath towel. They are available at the front desk or from our night staff who work until midnight.
Dormitory guests, please place the rental towel in the basket near the showers in your room after use.
Is there any rental cycle service available?
Yes, we have 4 bicycles available for rental. 100 yen per hour, maximum 600 yen per day. Please contact our staff for more details.
Can I buy an adapter for the electrical plug or voltage?
Sorry, we don’t sell them, but we have rental travel adapters available for a 500 yen deposit. Unfortunately, we do not have voltage converters, so please make sure your appliances are able to use 100V electricity.
Do hostel rooms come with shower and toilet?
All rooms have a shower and toilet inside.
Do you provide linens? Are they included in the room price?
The cost of linens is included in the room rate, i.e. pillow case, bed sheets, and blankets.
Do you have a guest use kitchen?
Yes, we have a fully equipped kitchen in the common space. There is a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, free tea and coffee.
Do you have a kid’s rate ?
No, all our prices are per person price.
Is there laundry service?
We have coin-operated laundry machines and dryers in the lounge, so you can do laundry by yourself.
Do you have a common use computer for internet access?
We have a laptop available in the common room.
Do you have security lockers?
Yes, each bed in the dorm rooms has its own designated locker.
